Arsenal vs Brigthon & Hove

Another disappointing performance from Arsenal, in Freddie Ljungergs second game as interim head coach.

In the first half Brighton was clearly the best team, and midway through Arsenal was pushed back until Brigthon got a goal on a corner. Sokratis couldn't clear and Brighton got an easy goal from 5 meters.

In the first half of the second half, Arsenal played like Arsenal. Pepe was brought on, and had a good impact. Lacazette scored a brilliant goal, and later David Louiz scored but the latter goal was correctly disallowed by VAR.

The last ten or fifteen Arsenal again was back to a slower pace, and Brighton got a goal. Arsenal was not able to put any real pressure in the dying minutes.

Result 1-2.
